Dr Elspeth Man is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and has been caring for patients for over 18 years. Having spent her early childhood in Sydney’s Inner West, she has a deep appreciation for the diversity and vibrancy woven into the fabric of the city.

After an early year in Emergency Medicine, Dr Elspeth Mann pursued her GP training and developed particular interests in health equity — with a focus on women’s health, mental health, and gender-affirming hormone therapy. She is highly experienced in hormone-informed care, ensuring treatment is tailored to each patient’s unique needs and circumstances.

She provides comprehensive care for women across all life stages and is skilled in supporting patients through complex mental health challenges including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions that significantly affect women’s lives.

Dr Elspeth Mann also offers oestrogen implant procedures for gender-affirming care, ensuring that all patients, regardless of background or circumstances, can access skilled, respectful, and affirming healthcare.

Known for her humble, down-to-earth manner, Dr Elspeth Mann combines clinical excellence with a genuine compassion that makes her patients feel truly heard and valued. Her ability to put even the most anxious patients at ease has earned her a loyal following and a reputation as a clinician who goes above and beyond.

Outside of medicine, Dr Elspeth Mann enjoys gymnastics — currently working on the modest but mighty goal of staying upright on a Cyr wheel for more than five seconds. This willingness to approach challenges with patience, humour, and determination reflects the same qualities she brings to her medical practice.

Dr Elspeth Mann embodies the values of Ponti Health: exceptional care, genuine compassion, and a deep commitment to her patients’ wellbeing.

*(If you are like us and don’t know what a Cyr wheel is ;-) A Cyr wheel is a large, single steel hoop (typically around 1.5-2 meters in diameter) used in circus arts and acrobatics. The performer stands inside the wheel and uses their body weight to spin, roll, and manipulate it in various directions - forward, backward, and sideways.
