Integrative Sex Therapy & Counselling in Sydney
Compassionate, evidence-based care for every stage of your sexual health journey
Why See a Sex Therapist?
Sexual wellbeing is a key part of whole-person health yet many women feel isolated, misunderstood, or even dismissed when navigating issues related to intimacy, desire, or body confidence.
At Ponti Health, our Integrative Sex Therapy and Counselling service provides a safe, supportive space to explore your concerns and goals with practitioners who truly understand the unique complexities of female sexuality.
Led by Integrative Sex Therapist and Naturopath Lara Boille, our approach combines evidence-based therapy with whole-person care grounded in empathy, clinical insight, and a deep respect for your story.
When to Consider Sex Therapy and Counselling?
Our Sydney-based women’s sex therapists can support you with:

You do not need a partner to seek sex therapy, and you do not need to be in crisis to begin. This is a space to explore, heal, understand, and grow — at your pace and on your terms.
