Ponti Health is a medical practice dedicated to transforming healthcare for women  in Australia.

Our mission is to bridge the gaps by empowering women with the support, science and evidence-based tools they need to flourish. Our team of GP’s and other specialist doctors and allied health providers, have a diverse range of expertise, covering all your healthcare needs including those specific to women such as contraception, menstrual issues, PCOS and sexual health, with a specific focus on peri to post-menopausal transition.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to a woman’s health. Our practice provides personalised, comprehensive, multi-disciplinary support thanks to a team who work together to meet every woman where she is, with the care she needs.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is founded on the principles of slow medicine, personalisation, ease and collaboration. This means longer consultations, personalised patient support and a multi-disciplinary approach to care.

  • Like most things, we believe that good medicine takes time. And every woman has her own unique timeline. This is why our consultations are deliberately generous to allow for changes in symptoms and approach.

  • Ponti Health is a medical one-stop shop with allied health practitioners and pathology on site. Every Ponti patient will be assigned a Health Concierge to support them along their journey and to keep track of appointments and reminders. Your concierge will be the first point of call for questions and concerns and will manage your appointments, both internally and with external providers.

  • Ponti provides a highly personalised health journey. There is no set prescription or medical agenda. We research the range of evidence-based treatments available and work with our patients to understand the best path forward.

  • If it takes a village to raise a family, it takes a community of care to support a woman. In addition to your Ponti GP, you will have a team of specialists and allied health professionals who will work together to ensure you have support at every stage of your health journey.
