Ponti Health were proud to be invited to a roundtable discussion on Women's Health and Health Equity, hosted by SwissCham Australia and Grant Thornton Australia.
The conversation challenged a common misconception: midlife women's health doesn't begin at 40. It starts at 19, evolves through your 30s, and becomes measurable in your 40s — and when left unaddressed, the ripple effects are significant. We're talking about real productivity and brain drain with economic, societal, and familial consequences that can no longer be ignored.
The path forward starts with dismantling the stigma around women's physical and mental health — and recognising it as the business, community, and human issue it truly is.
It was wonderful to see SwissCham Australia and their members leading this conversation. This is exactly the kind of dialogue that drives meaningful change.
