"I’m passionate about guiding women through all phases of life, helping them feel strong, capable, and informed. Whether navigating injuries or preventative care across the spectrum of muscular skeletal and pelvic pain, pregnancy, or perimenopause, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where they can feel connected to their bodies and empowered in their recovery."

Aleea brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and movement experience to her role as a pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between musculoskeletal and pelvic health, helping women manage their symptoms while staying active and strong. She takes the time to listen, problem-solve, and tailor treatment so women feel supported every step of the way.

Aleea provides holistic, evidence-based care for pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, including endometriosis and dyspareunia, and perimenopausal symptoms. She also supports women during pregnancy and postpartum, helping them rebuild trust in their bodies and return to meaningful movement with confidence, whether that is lifting a baby or returning to high-level sport.

A former elite Australian gymnast and experienced gymnastics coach, Aleea brings a deep understanding of movement, performance, and injury rehabilitation. She has unique expertise in treating athletes across gymnastics, dance, aerials, and pole, and is highly skilled in using dry needling as part of comprehensive care.

Collaboration is central to her practice. Aleea works closely with GPs, specialists, coaches, and other health professionals to ensure every woman receives integrated, individualised care. She is an active part of the multidisciplinary team at Ponti Health where she values the opportunity to collaborate, learn, and grow alongside other like-minded clinicians dedicated to evidence-based and person-centred women’s healthcare.

When she is not in the clinic, you will find Aleea enjoying good food, ocean swims, or dancing her way through the day, always bringing joy and energy into every space she is in.
