"My mission is to empower women to reclaim their whole health - body, mind, confidence, pleasure, and relational fulfilment."
Lara is a Naturopath and Clinical Sexologist with over 16 years of clinical experience and a strong focus on hormonal health and women’s wellbeing. She supports women through the transitions of perimenopause and beyond—addressing menstrual irregularities, thyroid and metabolic issues, PCOS, fatigue, sleep disturbances, mood changes, anxiety, digestive concerns, low libido, and vaginal health.
Lara is also a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, drawing on Gottman Method principles to support women experiencing emotional disconnection, intimacy challenges, and relational stress. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based natural medicine—including nutrition, herbal support, and therapeutic care—to support both physical and relational wellbeing.
At the core of her work is a commitment to creating a safe, respectful space where women feel supported in reconnecting with their bodies, their health, and themselves.
My journey to becoming a psychosexual therapist emerged from profound personal experience. Having navigated Endometriosis, Hashimoto's disease, and early perimenopause myself, I understand first hand the intricate relationship between health, hormones, and sexuality.

What began as my own healing journey evolved into a deep commitment to empowering women facing similar challenges. Through my experience with chronic insomnia, anxiety, diminished libido, and unexpected weight changes, I refused to simply "suck it up." Instead, I was determined to redefine what this life stage could mean - not just for myself, but for every woman I could reach.
I've witnessed too many women having their health and sexual concerns dismissed or met with silence. This fuelled my determination to create a space where women can openly address their wellbeing without judgment, with real solutions at hand.
My advanced studies culminated in a Masters of Sexology, evolving my practice as an Integrative Psycho-sexologist. This allows me to address not only sexual health, but the intricate interplay of hormones in overall wellbeing during life transitions.
My approach is deeply rooted in compassion, acknowledging the complex web of each woman's journey. Having walked this path myself, I understand the multifaceted nature of these challenges intimately.
I believe complete wellbeing requires holistic solutions that address the physical, emotional, sexual, and relational dimensions of health.
I'm truly committed to helping women live their most fulfilling life.
"I’m deeply curious about the intersection between the body, mind, and relationships. Outside of work, you’ll often find me in or by the ocean, it's where I feel most grounded, clear, and free. I find joy in movement, especially Pilates and strength training, which have become essential tools in my own midlife health journey. I’m nourished by dancing, music, and travel, and I believe keeping novelty and playfulness alive is vital to our sense of wholeness. I’m also constantly inspired by the neuroscience of connection and how it informs our relational, sexual, and emotional well-being."
