Trusted Women’s Health Dietitians in Sydney

Nutrition that works with your hormones

Why See a Women’s Health Dietitian?

Nutrition impacts everything from your mood, cycle, energy, digestion, and hormones. But cookie-cutter advice doesn’t work for every woman. Our dietitians offer evidence-based, personalised nutrition guidance that’s aligned with your values, your body, and your health goals.

We help you navigate everything from PCOS and gut issues to emotional eating, fertility and fatigue without guilt or restriction.

What Can a Women’s Health GP Help With?

Our Sydney women’s health dietitians can support you with:

  • PCOS, endometriosis and hormonal balance

  • Perimenopause and menopause nutrition

  • Digestive concerns (bloating, IBS, food intolerances)

  • Healthy relationship with food and body

  • Disordered eating support

  • Fertility and pregnancy nutrition

  • Energy, fatigue and stress-related eating

  • Chronic condition support (diabetes, thyroid, metabolic health)

  • Weight-neutral, whole-person health goals

Dietitian vs Nutritionist — What’s the Difference?

A dietitian is a nationally accredited, university-trained professional qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy. They can assess clinical conditions, develop tailored meal plans, and work within healthcare teams, including in hospitals and with GPs.

A nutritionist may provide general dietary advice, but is not always qualified to treat medical or complex health conditions.

At Ponti Health, all the dietitians we partner with are Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) which means you’ll receive evidence-based, personalised care you can trust, especially if you’re managing PCOS, endometriosis, gut issues or emotional eating.
